The band is based in the Andalucian town of Villanueva del Trabuco, Malaga province, tucked away in the beautiful olive groves and mountains of Andalucia, Spain. The band formed in 2007 and have had some changes of line up during that time, although the existing members have been with the band since the early days.

Now the band is playing at a selection of paid venues including weddings, birthdays, fiestas, parties, hotels, restaurants and many others in Malaga province and around the Andalucia area.

The Ancient Britons play and sing a variety of numbers, including Johnny Cash, CCR, Eric Clapton, Eagles, Lead belly, T Bone Walker, Beatles, Stones and a selection of numbers from other artists.
